The Lakeside Cottage is nestled up high in the pines overlooking a wonderful swimming area with dock, canoe, two kayaks, and paddle boat. A lakefront cottage this close to ocean provides its guests the opportunity of fresh seafood, ocean beachcombing, sea kayaking, and coastal hiking while still allowing a nice warm swim or quiet paddle when returning (additional kayaks available on request).

This comfortable rental has a complete kitchen, living room, dining area, one full bath, 2 double beds, 2 twin beds, 1 queen size sofa sleeper, two decks (one which is lakeside with patio table and chairs) and a screened in porch. The cottage comes with satellite TV, VCR, outdoor gas grill, microwave, washer, dryer, linens and phone. Guests will also enjoy a horseshoe pit area and an outside firepit with firewood included.

The cottage is available during the summer months and weekly rental rates for this property are as follows:

June 29 - August 24: $775

$500 refundable security deposit for damage/excessive cleaning costs.
